NFL Week 14 Key Matchup

The Kansas City Chiefs (8-4, 2-4 Away, 7-5 ATS) travel to San Diego this week to take on the Chargers (6-6, 4-2 Home, 6-6 ATS) in this week's key matchup. The Chiefs are coming off a home win against Denver, where they won 10-6 but failed to cover the 9-point spread. KC's offense somehow struggled to run the ball against Denver's amazingly basic defensive schemes.  However, K.C. will keep its head held high as it travels into the Whale's V. this Sunday after watching the Chargers defensive throw up all over itself against the Oakland Raiders this previous weekend. While the Chargers are still 4-1 in their last 5, this last week's home performance against its AFC Division Rival was hard to watch, except for the Chiefs crowd as they moved further into first place. Down two games with only four remaining,  this is a must win for the San Diego Chargers. This is a great deal of pressure to add to a team who was booed by its fans all game long and whose defense saw less pressure on the Raiders offense than a Tijuana shower head. Considering that San Diego's injury list is longer than Dwayne Bowe's legs, I like Kansas City to cover this weeks spread @+7.
